Swallow one 40 mg tablet whole. Do not crush, split, or chew it.

Take Veylora at approximately the same time each day, with or without food.
Your healthcare provider may interrupt treatment or reduce the dose to 20 mg once daily based on side effects, liver-test results, or interactions with other medicines.
Before your first dose
Your healthcare provider should review your medical history, current medicines, and vaccination status. Baseline assessments may include:
- Complete blood count, including lymphocytes and neutrophils
- Liver function tests, including ALT, AST, and bilirubin
- Screening for tuberculosis and viral hepatitis
- Pregnancy testing for patients who could become pregnant
- Review of prior blood clots, cardiovascular risk, and active infections

Missed doses and vomiting
If you miss a dose
Take it as soon as you remember on the same day. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and return to your regular schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once.
If you vomit after taking Veylora, do not take another tablet that day. Take the next dose at the regularly scheduled time.
Medicines and foods to discuss
Strong CYP3A inhibitors may increase naveritinib exposure, while strong CYP3A inducers may reduce exposure. Tell your healthcare provider about all prescription and nonprescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal products—especially clarithromycin, itraconazole, rifampin, carbamazepine, phenytoin, and St. John’s wort. Avoid grapefruit and Seville oranges unless your healthcare provider says otherwise.
Storage and handling
- Store at 68°F to 77°F (20°C to 25°C); brief excursions are permitted from 59°F to 86°F.
- Keep tablets in the original bottle with the desiccant and cap tightly closed.
- Protect from moisture and keep out of reach of children.
- Ask a pharmacist how to dispose of expired or unused tablets.
