Getting started

After Veylora is prescribed, the healthcare office can submit an enrollment form to Veylora Together. With permission, a Care Navigator contacts the patient to explain next steps and coordinate with the prescriber, insurer, and specialty pharmacy.

Commercial copay program

Eligible commercially insured patients may pay as little as $0 per prescription

Subject to an annual maximum benefit of $18,000. Eligibility, terms, and conditions apply. This fictional offer may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Patients are not eligible if prescriptions are reimbursed in whole or in part by Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, Veterans Affairs, or another federal or state healthcare program. The program is void where prohibited by law.

Patient assistance program

Uninsured and underinsured US residents who meet financial and clinical eligibility criteria may receive Veylora at no cost. Eligibility is reassessed annually. Income documentation, residency confirmation, and a valid prescription are required.

Specialty pharmacy delivery

Veylora is distributed through a limited network of fictional specialty pharmacies. The pharmacy calls before each shipment to confirm the address, arrange delivery, review medicine changes, and answer questions. Someone may need to sign for the package.

Support FAQs

Does enrollment guarantee coverage?

No. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs are determined by the health plan. Program staff can explain an insurer's decision but cannot guarantee approval.

Can a caregiver speak with the program?

Yes, after the patient completes the required authorization allowing program staff to share protected information.

What if insurance changes?

Call the program promptly. A new benefits investigation and prior authorization may be required.

Important Safety Information

Veylora may cause serious side effects, including:

Serious infections. Veylora can lower your ability to fight infections. Tell your healthcare provider right away if you develop fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, painful urination, or sores.

Liver problems and blood clots. Your healthcare provider will perform blood tests before and during treatment. Get emergency help for sudden shortness of breath, chest pain, or swelling or pain in a leg.

Before taking Veylora

Tell your healthcare provider about all medical conditions, medicines, vitamins, and supplements. Do not take Veylora if you have an active serious infection or have had a severe allergic reaction to naveritinib.
